 Click on the create an account link, then we will review your information and enable pricing for your account. ** It may take up to 24 hours for the account to get activated**.

Yes, The minimum order for shipping is $200 (before shipping and tax), or $25 in store Cash & Carry at:

• How do I order samples?

• How much will the shipping cost be?

Shipping costs vary greatly by carton sizes/weights and the shipping location.  We will ship your order via Loomis/Canpar Ground or via a trucking company depending on the size of your order*.  Exact shipping cost is determined once order is packed, and such cost is added to your invoice prior to shipping.  If you would prefer to use your own courier or shipping company, we will gladly call them for the pick up.  If concerned, kindly call for an estimated shipping cost.

*When the order is relatively large or contains glass lanterns, we will ship it on a pallet.  We will contact you to understand your special delivery requirements, e.g. tailgate and residential delivery requirements, and such costs will be included in the shipping cost. We reserve the right to re-invoice based on the services requested from the delivery company at the time of delivery, e.g., waiting time, inside delivery, or tailgate service, if not originally requested by the customer.

 

• Do you split your basket sets?

YES! You can find all sets' sizes and prices online.

 

• How do you measure your baskets?

All of our measurements are outside measurements.  Length, width including handles, height, Height 2 is to top of handle.

 

• Do you carry readymade gift baskets?
    

No we don't.  We don't compete with our customers on ready made gift baskets, but sell all the components to create your gift baskets.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
